In today’s situation, it is more difficult to stay consistent than to give up. It takes time, effort, and patience to continue when the going gets hard.
Especially in these COIVD times, which has brought us to understand that no matter how difficult it gets, together we can conquer all the hurdles and challenges of life, and giving up is not an option at all.
Recently, we saw a similar situation in the famous sport – cricket, Indian Premier League (IPL). In one of the matches between Rajasthan Royals and Kings XI Punjab, Rahul Tewatia showed such amazing spirit that it changed the entire game and broke the record of highest successful matches in the history of IPL.
At the beginning of the match, Rahul was not able to fight against the competition. He kept trying but was not able to match the desirable outcome. As a result, people started to take a toll over him on social media asking him to get out and let other players play so that the team can win. At the peak of that very moment, he came back and hit 5 sixes in one over and changed the entire game and got it in favor of his team. It was then when all those who were trolling him for his game, started to praise him. This shows how patience, efforts, and not giving up can deliver good results.
This Transformation Tuesday, let us look at how we can master this art of not giving up –
1. Keep up the hard work
No matter what you are doing and how difficult it seems, if you want to yield good results, you must work hard. Nothing can be achieved overnight; no success can be achieved without hard work. If you want to become successful in what you do, it will demand hard work so we should give more than 100% to achieve success.
2. Have faith in yourself
For all the hard work and the dedication that you have put in, it will never go worthless. It will take time and effort, but it will always show the desired results. You might fail in the beginning, but you will rise above it and achieve success when you keep faith in yourself.
3. Stay motivated
One can conquer all the hurdles in life if he/she finds the right motivation. It is very important to stay motivated. One can work hard all day long, but if there is no motivation then there is no way the hardship would continue. Hence, to make your way through success, one needs the right motivation.
4. Do not let others define you
In the journey towards success, there will be many people who would make fun of your failures. But do not let them get to you, do not let them decide who you are and why would you not succeed. These are usually those people who have lost their way towards success and are trying to bring you down as well. Hence, stay focused on your journey and show them who you are.
5. Hard work always pays off
Hard work can never let you down. There is no way you cannot succeed if you work hard to achieve it. Hard work always pays off and paves its way towards success. There will be hurdles, and you might feel that you cannot do this anymore, but it is possible to see the glorifying success only when you have experienced failure and hurdles. There is no one who will not succeed if he/she has put in hard work. We should learn from your past failures and go ahead, work harder, and achieve all the success.
