Quality is not a new concept. It has always been around since the inception of the industrial age. It is the quality that defines the character of a particular brand and impacts its brand value. To keep this quality standard throughout the production and see after external work factors that might affect the quality of the product, Quality Circles are formed. In simple terms, it is a group of workers who do the similar work and meets regularly to identify, analyze and solve work-related problems. Moreover, it has emerged as a mechanism to develop and utilize the tremendous potential of people for improvement in product quality and productivity.

Quality Circle Competitions works as a platform for the employees of an organization providing them with exposure and building their problem-solving skills and confidence. It also provides an opportunity to recognize the efforts of the employees who have shown exceptional problem tackling skills.
