We have been helping the organization improve its overall productivity by cost reduction, waste elimination, product quality improvement and much more. One of the standards implemented at the client site was setting norms for Processes in Assembly, Fabrication, Balancing and Bending Operations via classical Time & Motion Study.

This standard has been designed and implemented by one of our expert consultants –Mr. Anoop Kulkarni in collaboration with the client team members. This standard defined time standards for operations across the above mentioned 4 departments enabling production planning and scheduling. It also helped convince the works committee on standardization as per ILO guidelines.
