At the client site, to eliminate waste and remove unproductive activities, we have implemented a standard – Job Instructions/ Card for Agro-workshop.

This standard has been designed and implemented by one of the expert consultants –Mr. Vijay Hondadakatti in collaboration with the client team members including Mr.Rajesh, Mr.Balu & Mr.Prabhu.

The objective was to eliminate the confusion of work allocation for operators, establishing and improving efficiencies, thereby improving throughput.

The standard also helped identify the non-productive activities in the organization, helped analyze the issues and identify the ways to solve them. It also helped the operating team to schedule planned maintenance.
