What employees want from their leaders? Is it just direction or appreciation or guidance? Majority of leaders are not able to understand what employees actually want from them. Many a times a simple Thank You may work for some employees, while for some it is pat on back or appreciation in public that matters most. Expectations varies from employee to employee. A good leader always considers to meet their employee’s expectations in various ways.
Leaders many a times has to choose between Achievement and Connection. Leader who can do both in better way is preferred leader. Leaders has to learn art of association. A good Leader is ladder for the employees’ success.
