Giving back to society is the most important responsibility of any organization. Even at Faber, one of our core values is giving back to society. Team Faber has always stayed by their values. We believe that we get a lot of good things from the society and when we get the opportunity to give back to society, we never miss it. The recent example of Faber’s contribution is the celebration of this Independence Day with the students from Zilha Parishad Primary School of Rajegaon run by Zilla Parishad Pune, a district from Maharashtra.
Talking about Team Faber Infinite’s involvement, we have decided to adopt this school for transforming it into a World – Class school. We have received an overwhelming response from the students and the staff. They all wish to work towards the same goal of making their school world-class and thus attracting a maximum number of kids to school. Faber has taken this initiative to help them and guide them in this transformation journey to make their school best in class. We will be working on the following 4 principles:
- World-class infrastructure
- World-class processes
- World-class teachers
- Leading to world-class students
This initiative will be called SAMRUDDHI –named by the students and the staff members of the school. We decided to embark on this transformation journey on this Independence Day. Team Faber was invited for the flag hoisting and to announce the news of transformation initiative for the school to make it world-class. Along with this, to inculcate the importance of sports in the school, we gifted them sports kit.
Team Faber is all set to transform the school into a World-class school and help the students have a brighter future!
