Purposes Aren’t Found we need to Build them

In today’s world, we cannot live without any purpose or aim in life. No matter where we are, as an individual or as an organization, nothing can sustain without an aim or a purpose to it. A life without a purpose, and an organization without an aim is like, one walking in the far of dense forest, walking till the forest leads you. There are many organizations and companies coming up today. They are unique in their own way, and just like them, their aims are different. An organization should always have their aim and goals which are unique, and which outstands them from the others.

Here are a few ways, of how we focus ourselves, in deciding the goals and purpose of our organization, and in achieving the same:

  • Find your own aim:

No Organization is in the market without any aim. Everything is done for a cause, and all we need to do is find that cause. From the organizational perspective, when the leaders of the organization come together, to start the organization, they come together with an aim/goal/vision to achieve and thus change. After many combinations the organization zeros down on one aim which becomes the goal of the organization, and thus it is how the aims, and purpose of the organization comes into existence.

  • Your purpose will build a roadmap:

An organization once started, plan up small steps called as purpose. The purpose is their small stepping stones, which act as targets to the employees and the leaders of the organization. These small purposes are then distributed to every employee. The purpose then penetrates down to each employee thus becoming the KPI for an individual employee. This will help them to develop themselves as well as the organization. With the completion of these small purposes, the leaders build a roadmap for their individual employees, which in turn builds a roadmap to achieving the goals of the organization.

  • The roadmap changes as we achieve:

As the organization starts achieving their departmental purposes, the roadmap that is set for the individual departments keeps changing, depending upon the speed of the employees of the team achieving their individual purposes. Every employee is given their individual purpose, followed by their departmental purposes. With the speed, the employees fulfill their individual targets and their departmental targets, the leaders of the organization are likely to change the roadmap that has been set for the entire department.

Thus, find the aim for yourself and the organization, build a roadmap, and walk the path to achieve the goals of the organization.
