In the recent times, due to tough market dynamics and organizational decline, the need for turnaround/ transformation has become very decisive; however, guidelines on this phenomenon remains empirically and theoretically fragmented. Various global researches, lately, have incorporated managerial cognition, strategic leadership, and stakeholder management and have identified many simultaneous and complex resource-based actions.

Faber Infinite has been working extensively in the domains related to organizational turnaround/ transformation, developing a descriptive model of 360-degree transformation.
