It’s no secret that business and the way that organizations operate have changed over the last two decades and is dynamic. Change is not always embraced with open arms by employees, managers or business owners. Designing strategic and operational plans for a business is an inevitable process and keeps on changing in due course of time as the external factors change and keep influencing the internal factors and vice versa.
