The training encompassed various components about sales pitching and basic understanding on overall sales process on the field. The key objective of the sales training was to facilitate learning to the participants about pitching in sales:

-Importance of training and learning required in sales field.
-What should be the attitude of salesperson?
-Importance of sales executives in Sales process.
-How to define sales objectives?

The training session was highly appreciated. As per the feedback shared by participants one of them said, “It helped in learning how to handle objections and develop strategies to increase sales against competition”. On the other hand, other participant said, “The training helped in learning the art of questioning and active listening skills.” The overall training feedback received was 99%.

The workshop focused on basic understanding of training and sales pitch and how it can be used for as a key factor to become a successful salesperson. The aim was to achieve the following objectives:

-What steps should be followed in sales during pitching?
-What are the qualities of successful salesperson?
-What are the eight steps to be successful in life?
-How to define sales objectives?

Participants were excited on the aspect of the learning acquired which got reflected in their feedback. The participants found the entire training session to be very informative and interactive. One of the participants gave following feedback: “Interaction as well as training was very relevant”. The learning process was absorbed by the members as it kept them engrossed. The trainer received an excellent feedback of 95%.

The training workshop was perceived very well by the members. It was conducted effectively through various experiential learning exercises.
