Change is a part of life be it personal or professional and there is no way of getting around it. So we need to accept that change is the only thing constant even though it can sometimes feel uncomfortable, it is what builds our business and keeps us growing.

Leaders cannot control change, but they need to plan for the resistance to change from the start of any change management program. They need to understand the most common reasons why employees resist change. Few of the reasons for resistance are as follows:

  • Fear of unknown
  • Lack of clarity on change
  • Lack of trust
  • Lack of skills or competence
  • Lack of understanding on the need for change
  • Change in the status quo

Any change will always begin with denial followed by confusion and gradually there will be acceptance to change

Team Faber has been working with organizations across industries and geographies helping them in the transformation journey. We help organizations manage change. We imbibe the culture of ownership and accountability. We work on the behavioral aspect of people so that there is a sense of ownership among the people and they work to change for better.

We have been helping organizations design objective-based Performance Management System which not only helps them to measure individual performance but also track the performance of the organization as well as department level. This brings in a lot of accountability in the team and helps them to work towards improvement.

Team Faber has been helping organizations design structured rewards and recognition system to ensure there is motivation and to ensure that such change initiatives do not fail.

Team Faber has thus been driving the transformation journey for organizations across geographies and sectors using its unique Organizational Transformation Framework©
