Few areas that the interview touches upon are:
1. HR was earlier considered as a support function, but now this function has evolved as a business enabler. Today HR is not just about the availability of the workforce, there is a lot beyond availability, which enables the human resource.
2. For any organization, it is trust, communication, and confidence that helps the organization to grow and sustain even in the tough times. It is the legacy that helps the organization to flourish.
3. The Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) concepts helps improve productivity, quality, and performance. It is the need of the hour and both human resource and technology should work in collaboration to embrace Industry 4.0
4. Customer is the king who decides the existence of any organization. Today, more than ever, organizations should practice empathy when it comes to customer & customer service.
