- What tasks or activities energize me the most?
- When does time pass quickly or fast?
- If I do not go to work for a week, what would I do?
- What is it that I could do for 8 hours and not get tired at all?
- Doing what makes me feel happiest?
Apply what you learn
There is a huge difference between knowing and applying what you know. Once you know what energizes you, you can make small changes such as delegating specific work. You need to decide if you want to take small steps or take a big leap. You need to decide what best suits you. Do not engage in tasks that drain you, because it will affect your work, relationship, and general happiness.
The result is that where you devote your energy is the most important choice for living a content life. Your energy is your valuable and non-refundable currency and your time is your investment so invest it prudently.
