Leaders should have constant self-discipline to master the art of achieving goals. Discipline helps to achieve the real purpose. All progressive organizations focus on doing things right now and thus eventually cultivate the habit of discipline. It is the bridge between the purpose and the achievement, and all the organizations should work towards making the bridge stronger.
